ANSC 4990 - Undergraduate Research in Animal Science

Fall, spring. 1-6 credits, variable. (Maximum 6 credits during undergraduate career.)

Prerequisites: GPA of at least 2.7. Permission of Animal Science faculty member before enrollment is required. Enrollment is limited to: juniors or seniors. Not open to students who have earned 6 or more undergraduate research credits elsewhere in the college. Students must register using independent study form (available in 140 Roberts Hall).

Staff.

Affords opportunities for students to carry out independent research under appropriate supervision. Each student is expected to review pertinent literature, prepare a project outline, conduct the research, and prepare a report.
