Lecture/seminar course for advanced (junior or senior) students interested in learning about the effects of designing the built environment of the biophysical world. Course objectives are to develop sensitivities to environmental issues, construct conceptual frameworks for analysis, and demonstrate how ecological knowledge can be applied to the practice of design through participatory approaches to learning.
