ANSC 4700 - Merchandising Beef Cattle Fall. 2 credits.
Limited to 35 students.

Introduction to the merchandising of replacement beef heifers. Topics include budgeting, advertising, animal preparation, cataloging, clerking, and reporting. Students will gain practical knowledge from guest lectures by industry leaders and hands-on experience by planning, organizing, and conducting a consignment sale of beef replacement females to be held the last Saturday in October.
