DEA 2150 - Digital Graphics


Fall. (Weeks 1-7), Spring. (Weeks 8-14) 1 credit. Letter grades only.

Enrollment preference given to: DEA majors. This course is identical in both 7 week sessions.

Staff.

Investigates the use of computer-graphic software programs for the purpose of design, visualization, and presentation. The course investigates the inherent differences between raster and vector graphics and how to use a variety of computer graphics programs such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch Up, and Acrobat to achieve a desired end result. Lab-based course providing technical illustration in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Sketch Up.
