This course is designed to hone and strengthen the dynamic of a Posse cohort. Groups of Posse scholars identified for their leadership and academic potential strive to support one another across all parts of the Cornell experience and one’s life-academically, socially, professionally and personally-with the ultimate goal of graduating and taking on roles as leaders in the workforce.
