MAE 4980 - Teaching Experience in Mechanical Engineering

Fall, Spring. 3 credits. Letter grades only.

Permission of department required. Department permission may be obtained in 125 Upson. Cannot be used to fulfill M.E. technical elective or M.E. Major-approved elective requirements but may be approved as advisor-approved elective. May not be used toward satisfying M.E. minor. Students serving as TAs in Cornell courses must participate in TA training offered by the College of Engineering at the beginning of the semester.

Students serve as teaching assistants in Cornell Mechanical Engineering classes or in local middle school technology classes.
