CRP 5563 - Real Estate Project Workshop

Spring (second seven-week session). 2 credits. Letter grades only.

Prerequisite: CRP 5562.

Students undertake a self-selected real estate development project and must “pitch” the proposed development to a panel of real world potential investors. Students are required to demonstrate an advanced understanding of real estate development, including project feasibility, marketing, planning and design, and land use law constraints.
