A broad introduction to Maple in applications to problems of mathematical physics similar to those covered in AEP 4210 and AEP 4220 . Uses Maple to solve differential equations-both linear and nonlinear. Makes extensive use of plotting capabilities of Maple. Also covers matrices, complex functions, Laplace and Fourier transforms (and FFTs), and group theory. Gives an introduction to LaTex.
