BIOMI 4160 - Bacterial Physiology

Prerequisite: BIOMI 2900, BIOMI 2910, or BIOMI 2911 and BIOMG 3300, BIOMG 3310, BIOMG 3330, or BIOMG 3350 or equivalents. Offered alternate years.

Course will cover the basic structures and metabolic processes common to most bacteria. Emphasis will be on structural organization of bacteria and understanding physiological adaptations to different growth conditions.
