COMM 6950 - Structural Equation Modeling Techniques in Social Science Research


Fall. 3 credits. Letter grades only.

Prerequisite: course in multiple regression. Graduate standing required.

This is an advanced research methods class for social-science graduate students.  The class will cover both the basic principles and practical applications of different structural equation modeling techniques using PRELIS and LISREL.  Sample topics include confirmatory factor analysis, stuctural regression models, multi-group analysis, and growth curve models.
