Mandatory course for all first-year Ph.D. students in the Sibley School of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering. An ongoing orientation for first-year Ph.D. students that includes research presentations by faculty as well as discussions of such topics as ethics, writing technical papers, and publishing.
