NBA 5030 - Strategic Cost Management I

Prerequisite or corequisite: NBA 5020 or permission of instructor.

Focuses on the concepts and tools of cost management systems and the relationship of cost management to an organization’s strategy. Classes are based on the relevant literature, presentation and discussion of management cases, and on presentations by practitioners in the field. Student evaluation is based on a class presentation, a final case write-up, and class participation.
