Diplomat, lawyer, historian, engineer, religious reformer, and inventor of the calculus, G.W. Leibniz (1646-1716) also managed in his spare time to become one of the greatest philosophers since Aristotle. This course focuses on Leibniz’s metaphysics, epistemology, and value theory.
