MAE 6969 - Seminar in GPS and GNSS Fall, spring. 1 credit.
Prerequisite: MAE 4150 or equivalent.
Staff.
Seminar in GPS (Global Positioning System) and GNSS (Global Navigation Satellite Systems) science and engineering. Current topics in receiver design such as weak signal acquisition, ambiguity resolution, and software receivers and topics in GPS science such as security & integrity, space weather effects on GPS and the use of GPS for remote sensing. Students typically make one or two presentations during the semester.
