HADM 3360 - Tactics and Strategies for Restaurant Management Fall. 3 credits. Letter grades only.
Prerequisite: HADM 1210 and HADM 1360 . Co-meets with HADM 6360 . Elective.

This course examines the key success factors behind foodservice management connecting the interrelated elements of marketing, operations, and finance with a shared emphasis on tactical and strategic issues and problem solving. Students learn by engaging in a series of team-based managerial and operational decisions through the highly animated Cornell Restaurant Administration Simulation Exercise (CRASE).
