Horses with skin diseases account for a significant portion of the patients seen in large animal practice. This course will emphasize the approach to diagnosis, treatment, and prognosis for common, and sometimes frustrating, equine derm cases. Attendance to class is mandatory. Attendance and final grade (S/U) determined by weekly lecture-based quizzes and short weekly assignments.
