Cornell University Registrar

Students who are participating in Atmospheric Science Minor will study the behavior of weather and climate while gaining experience in the analysis, interpretation and forecasting of meteorological events. 

 This minor is only available to students who are not in the Atmospheric Science major.

Academic Standards

Grade Requirements

All qualifying courses must be taken at Cornell for a letter grade. Grades of S/U or SX/UX grades will not be accepted.

Each course must be completed with a grade of C- or better to count toward the minor. 

A cumulative GPA of > 2.3 is required for all courses within the minor.
