HADM 7110 - Organizational Behavior

Enrollment limited to: M.M.H. students or written permission of instructor in advance of preenrollment. Required.

Organizational Behavior teaches how individuals, groups, and organizations interact within a complex, globalized service environment. Students develop interpersonal skills and gain a greater awareness of how their personal styles influence leadership and decision making. They learn to motivate others, negotiate ethical decisions, manage teams, and lead organizations through change.

Outcome 1: PLO 2.1: Students will create professional-quality written business documents.

Outcome 2: PLO 2.3: Students will demonstrate effective behaviors within a diverse team based on their analysis of team needs.

Outcome 3: PLO 3.1: Students will recognized and distinguish the ethical dimensions of a business decision.

Outcome 4: PLO 3.2: Students will evaluate the ethical consequences of their business decisions on various stakeholders.
