ENGRG 4900 - Leading Groups and Teams

This class offers instruction in management and leadership skills of greatest immediate use to leaders of students groups and teams. Topics include running effective meetings, handling conflict in teams, setting goals and motivating team members, and giving and receiving feedback. The seminar builds a community of leaders who are sources of support and knowledge for one another.
