Prerequisite: PMA 4300. Co-meets with PMA 2300/PMA 3300/PMA 4300/VISST 2511. Attendance at dance concerts required.

Continuation of PMA 4300. Intermediate choreographic projects are critiqued in progress by faculty and peers. Consideration of design problems in costuming and lighting. Weekly assignments in basic elements of choreography. Students compose and present short studies that are discussed and reworked. Problems are defined and explored through class improvisations. Informal showing at end of semester. Includes informal showing of work. (AU)
