The theme of the course is to explore some the key principles of effective leadership in today’s world. This will be done through 1.) Exploring historical and contemporary theories and models of leadership 2.) Developing self-awareness of leadership strengths and weaknesses through the use of behavioral instruments and group exercises and 3.) Developing decision-making and change management skills.
