HADM 7430 - Marketing Management for Services


     
Fall. 3 credits. Letter grades only (no audit).

Enrollment limited to: MMH students or permission of instructor. Satisfies MMH core.

Covers the fundamental concepts of marketing management and the techniques, analyses, and frameworks for solving marketing management problems. Students explore theories and conceptual frameworks that draw on customer, competitor, and core-capability analyses in marketing planning and implementation. Students develop decision-making capabilities in product/service development, pricing, advertising and promotions.

Outcome 1: Students will analyze a management situation within a global hospitality context and defend a course of action.
