With this course, take a trip around the continent of Africa and step, kick, and bend low to groovy, contemporary Afrobeat music while learning variations on west African Tribal dances–all while getting in the b-b-beat best shape of your life! For those who have no familiarity with West African Dance there is no need to be apprehensive about giving it a try. This course will provide all the tools you will need to feel comfortable and confident on any dancefloor where West African Afrobeat music can be heard.
