Cornell Tech currently offers eight distinct masters programs. Ph.D. students are part of the Cornell Ph.D. program offered through the Graduate School and are admitted by their respective fields.
Master of Engineering (MEng) in Computer Science
Overview
A one-year program is an immersion of technical depth and advanced business education within the context of industry, market and user needs.

Coursework
- Technical Courses Required to Complete: 18 credits
- Students must take at least 18 credits from courses that are advanced and technical (5000 or above).At least 15 of those credits must come from CS courses that are not practicums, seminars,independent studies, or projects. Most technical courses are three credits each
- Studio Courses Required to Complete: 8 credits
- General Electives Required to Complete: 4 credits
- Select from business, law, studio, and technical electives offered on campus. Please note: TECH 5310 Business Fundamentals must be taken as a prerequisite for all business courses.
- Additional Requirements:
- Students may take a maximum of 2 graded credits as S/U. Courses that are only offered S/U do not count towards this 2 credit maximum.
- All students must receive a B or higher in either TECH 5900 , TECH 5910 , TECH 5920 , or TECH 5930 .
- Only classes with a grade of C- or higher will count towards a student’s degree requirements.
- Students must maintain at least a 2.5 GPA. Students who are not in good standing may be asked to leave the program.
- Number of credits: 30 credits
- Prerequisites: Students will have met most prerequisites by virtue of the requirements for admission. In addition, students are given assignments, to be completed prior to the beginning of classes, which guarantee that they have mastered the required subjects. In addition, the second week of classes is devoted to a review and, in some cases teaching, of the prerequisites for the courses in our program.

Overview
A one-year immersive program designed to teach engineers, scientists, and quantitative analysts important state-of-the-art methods in signal processing, data science, and decision theory.

A one-year professional masters program that prepares students with the skills to model, analyze and optimize decisions under uncertainty and provide business intelligence for the digital world.

Overview
Offered through the Jacobs Institute - a two-year, highly technical program focusing on the technologies, platforms and ecosystems that are involved in the recent convergence of communication, information and media. Graduates of this program will receive two degrees: one from Cornell University and one from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology.

Offered through the Jacobs Institute, a two-year, highly technical program where students learn to use technology to transform the healthcare industry. Graduates of this program will receive two degrees: one from Cornell University and one from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology.

Overview
Offered through the Jacobs Institute - a two-year, highly technical program focusing on the integration of Urban Design, Architecture and Computer Science to build smarter more interconnected cities. Students are trained to use technology to improve mobility and transportation, sustainable urban development, and urban systems. Graduates are prepared for leadership roles in mobile/consumer urban tech startups, real estate, utilities, construction, and NGOs.

Johnson Cornell Tech MBA
Overview
In this 12-month program, students will earn an advanced business education that provides in-depth knowledge on the technologies, companies and industries changing the global landscape.

- CORE Johnson Courses: 20.5 credits

- Students select from NBA, NBAY, LAW, CS, ECE, ORIE
- Additional Requirements:
- All students must complete 60 credits in order to graduate. Of these 60, 45 credits must come from Johnson courses (NCCY, NBAY, and the required TECH courses). 15 credits may come from other fields such as CS, ECE, INFO, LAW, ORIE, and elective TECH courses.
- You may elect to take up to two Grade Option courses as Satisfactory/ Unsatisfactory. (Courses where the only option is S/U do not count towards this requirement).
- A maximum of 1.5 credits of Managerial Skills and Leadership Programs courses (NMI 5050) count towards graduation.
- All students must receive a B or higher in either TECH 5900 , TECH 5910 , TECH 5920 , or TECH 5930 .
- D- is the minimum grade required for a course to count towards your degree requirements.
- Students may take a maximum of 6 directed reading credits (no more than 3 credits per term).
- All students must be in good academic standing to continue the program. To be considered in good standing, students must maintain at least a 2.7 GPA overall and a 2.5 in core courses.
- All students must complete 3 semesters of residency at Johnson/ Cornell Tech. Semesters of residency are defined as semesters in which a student is enrolled in at least 12 credits
- Number of credits: 33 credits.
- Prerequisites: Students will have met most prerequisites by virtue of the requirements for admission. In addition, students are given assignments, to be completed prior to the beginning of classes, which guarantee that they have mastered the required subjects. Master of Laws (LLM)
Overview
This one-year program is tailored to practicing attorneys or recent law graduates who desire to be at the center of New York City’s ever-evolving technology ecosystem and at the intersection of law, technology and entrepreneurship.
